Returns & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged we will require digital photographs of the damaged item, packaging and the box it was sent in. Once these details have been received by us we will refund the full cost of the purchase price within seven (7) days.

We take a lot of care when taking photos of our items and describe them to the best of our ability.  The photos that we take for each item also form part of the item description.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly refund the full purchase price on two conditions:

- That the item is returned within seven (7) days of you having received it; and
- The item is returned in the exact same condition that it was sent to you in.

Please note that if you do decide to return the item to us you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping costs.

 
Payment, Pricing
Overseas payment can be made with most credit/debit cards via PAYPAL.Australian customers payment is via Paypal,Cheque(must wait for clearance),Postal Money Order or Cash on pickup.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside Australia will also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.
Viewing Orders
Customers will recieve a tracking number which can be viewed on the Australia Post Website.
